These Terms describe the current WyzBuz controlled beta candidate. They are not presented as final production legal terms.
Professional review still required

Decision assistance and merchant referral
WyzBuz helps customers compare products, translate shopping requirements into structured criteria, review evidence-backed recommendations and follow eligible merchant links.
WyzBuz does not silently represent itself as the merchant of record when the transaction is completed at a third-party merchant.
Evidence can change
WyzBuz uses available product, performance and commerce evidence. Product specifications, merchant information, prices, promotions and availability may change after WyzBuz observes or verifies them.
WyzBuz is designed to fail closed rather than invent a product, purchase destination or unsupported recommendation.
Decision assistance, not a universal guarantee
Recommendations are based on your expressed requirements and the evidence available to the deterministic WyzBuz recommendation engine.
A result described as a Best Match is a WyzBuz assessment for the requirements and evidence used for that request. It is not a claim that the product is universally best for every person or purpose.
The merchant checkout controls the final transaction
WyzBuz may display current verified commerce evidence, but a merchant can change price, stock, promotion, configuration or other transaction details after WyzBuz last observed them.
The merchant destination controls the final transaction amount, availability and checkout terms.
Warranty, returns, refunds and exchanges
WyzBuz does not invent merchant obligations. Warranty, return, refund, exchange, delivery and related transaction terms should be reviewed at the merchant destination and are subject to the merchant relationship and applicable law.
Commission does not determine organic recommendation rank
WyzBuz may earn a commission when a customer buys through an eligible merchant link.
What WyzBuz earns does not determine what WyzBuz recommends. Existing Buy surfaces also provide a contextual affiliate disclosure near eligible purchase interactions.
AI interprets; deterministic code decides
Ask WyzBuz and optional voice input can help interpret shopping requirements. AI interpretation does not own product eligibility, evidence, scoring or recommendation order.

Use the service lawfully and without abuse
Customers must not intentionally interfere with WyzBuz operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated interfaces, misuse merchant redirects or use the service for unlawful activity.
No claim of uninterrupted operation
WyzBuz may change, suspend or temporarily lose access to features, evidence sources, AI or speech providers, merchant integrations or other dependencies. This candidate does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Not final production Terms of Use
Final business identity, grievance contacts, applicable legal classification, liability treatment, governing law, dispute terms and other professional legal conclusions remain unresolved here.
WyzBuz will not invent those conclusions merely to make a release appear complete.
